To accept a transferred ticket, follow these steps:
Check your inbox for an email notifying you of the ticket transfer.
You must accept the transfer using the same email address the original sender used when initiating the transfer.
Log into your Cosm account, or create one using that same email if you don’t already have an account.
Follow the prompts in the email or on the website to accept the ticket transfer.
Once accepted, you’ll have full access to the ticket and can view it through both the Cosm website and the app.
Please note that refunds are only available for the purchaser of the original transaction. Refunds are not available for the recipient of the transfer.
