When Cosm credits are active in a guest's account, they can only be used for ticket purchases. Guests can use these credits to buy tickets for upcoming events of their choice on the Cosm website or Cosm app.

To use your Cosm credit balance, log into your account using the valid email address associated with your account. From there, select your desired event, proceed through the checkout process, and choose "Credits" as your payment option.

To view your Cosm credit balance, log into your account at https://www.cosm.com on the web or mobile web using the same email address. Once logged in, click on your profile icon, select the "Profile" button, and you’ll be redirected to a page displaying your payment methods. Here, click on "Cosm Credits" to view your available credit balance.

Cosm credits are only valid for ticket purchases and cannot be applied to third-party resellers or any other types of purchases. Additionally, Cosm credits do not have an expiration date or specific terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated by Cosm's policies.
