The following are the terms and conditions for the use of guest credits toward food and beverage purchases. Please read them in their entirety prior to purchase or use.
Usage:
Credit valid only at the specific Cosm dome event for which it was purchased. Must be redeemed through dome waitstaff during your event - not valid at walk-up bars or concessions. Present your ticket to waitstaff to redeem credit. Multiple credits may be combined in a single transaction.
Value & Limitations:
Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit amount is per ticket purchased. Cannot be applied to gratuities, taxes, or alcohol where prohibited by law.
Expiration:
Credit expires at the conclusion of your event and cannot be used for future events. Unused credits have no value after event ends.
Event Changes:
If your event is cancelled by Cosm, you will receive a full ticket refund (F&B credit has no separate cash value to refund). If you cancel your ticket, F&B credit is forfeited. F&B credit transfers with valid ticket transfers.
General:
Cosm reserves the right to verify credit authenticity and refuse redemption for altered or fraudulent tickets. Credit subject to availability of food and beverage items. One-time use only - partial redemptions forfeit remaining balance. Promotional credit included with ticket purchase. This promotional credit is not a gift card and is exempt from gift card regulations.By purchasing a ticket with included F&B credit, you agree to these terms.
