What is a ticket transfer?

You can transfer some or all of your tickets to another guest through the Cosm website. Once the transfer is initiated, the receiver will receive an email notification with an invitation to accept the tickets. The receiver must accept the ticket transfer on the Cosm website using the same email address that the original sender designated for the transfer.

Until the tickets are accepted, they remain in a pending state, and as the sender, you can cancel the transfer at any time. Once the receiver accepts the tickets, they will own them and can access them through both the website and the app.

Please note that refunds are only available for the purchaser of the original transaction. Refunds are not available for the recipient of the transfer.
