To transfer your tickets, follow these simple steps:
Sign in to your account through your browser or the Cosm app.
Find the event for which you want to transfer tickets and select the tickets you wish to transfer.
Provide the recipient’s email address, confirm the recipient’s details, and then send the tickets.
Alternatively, you can also copy the shareable link under the ticket details and send it directly to the recipient. Recipients accept the transfer by clicking the link, then logging into or creating a Cosm account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete.
Once the transfer is complete, the recipient will be notified by email and will have the option to accept the tickets through the Cosm website.
