What is the refund policy for the Cosm Club Membership?

We encourage all guests to carefully read all terms and conditions prior to purchasing and to keep in mind that this is a yearly subscription commitment. Please note that memberships are set to automatically renew annually beginning July 1, 2027, and each year thereafter. Please contact our Sales Director to finalize any cancellation requests.


To cancel your membership ahead of the next renewal period using the website, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website at this link: Cosm App for IOS or Cosm App for Android

  2. From the homepage, click the “Profile” icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Navigate to the “Payments” section.

  4. From there, find the “Memberships” button. Here, you’ll have the option to view your active memberships, update payment methods, and cancel current membership plans.

To cancel your membership ahead of the next renewal period using the app, follow these steps:

  3. Navigate to the “Payments” section.
