All members receive presale ticket access across all eligible events and content, giving you access before the general public sale opens. This ticket presale window usually opens 24 hours before the public on-sale date. If you happen to miss the presale window, you're still welcome to purchase tickets during the general public sale.
As a friendly note, presale purchases are limited to up to 8 tickets for regular season events and up to 2 tickets for playoff and championship games. We encourage members to take advantage of this perk and explore everything Cosm has to offer.
Please note that membership presale access does not apply to private events, which are not available for general purchase. For venues outside of your listed preferred location, you can access available inventory by connecting with your membership account executive / group sales contact.
