If you purchased tickets for your group, you can transfer tickets directly through your Cosm account. We recommend transferring each ticket to the individual guest attending. Each guest should have their own ticket for smooth entry and a seamless event-day experience, especially if your group plans to arrive separately.

How to transfer tickets:
Sign in to your account through your browser or the Cosm app.
Find the event and choose the tickets you want to transfer.
Provide the recipient's name and email address.
Confirm recipient's details and send the tickets.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the recipient has accepted the transfer.
To Accept A Transfer
Check your inbox for an email to accept your ticket transfer.
Sign into your Cosm account or create a new one.
Follow the prompts to accept the ticket.
Once accepted, you'll have full access to the ticket in your account.
