If you purchased tickets for your group, you can transfer tickets directly through your Cosm account. We recommend transferring each ticket to the individual guest attending. Each guest should have their own ticket for smooth entry and a seamless event-day experience, especially if your group plans to arrive separately.
Pro tip: Complete transfers before arriving to avoid delays at entry.
How to transfer tickets:
Sign in to your account through your browser or the Cosm app.
Find the event and choose the tickets you want to transfer.
Provide the recipient's email address, confirm the recipient's details, then send the tickets.
Alternatively, you can also copy the shareable link under the ticket details and send it directly to the recipient. Recipients accept the transfer by clicking the link, then logging into or creating a Cosm account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete.
To Accept A Transfer
Check your inbox for an email to accept your ticket transfer.
Sign into your Cosm account or create a new one.
Follow the prompts to accept the ticket.
Once accepted, you'll have full access to the ticket in your account.
