Do you offer Closed Captioning?

Yes, we do offer closed captioning accommodations for guests.

To request a closed captioning device, please visit our Fan Ambassador's table in the venue during your visit. You may be asked to provide a valid form of ID or sign a form to check out the device. Once the device is properly synced to your event’s content, you're all set to enjoy the show with captioning support!

Note: We recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team via the chatbot (located in the bottom-right corner of the screen) a few days before your event. This helps us ensure that everything is ready for your arrival and allows us to assist you more efficiently on the day of your visit.
