All lost and found items are taken to Security during events. If still at the venue, guests may contact any member of our Security or Fan Ambassador teams directly to inquire about lost items.
If you realize you’ve lost an item after leaving the event, please fill out a Lost & Found form by selecting your venue location below. Once you submit the form, it will remain active in our system while our teams search for a match.

All unclaimed items will be discarded or donated 30 days after they are found, so if you lost your item more than 30 days ago, we will not have it at the venue. Credit cards will be destroyed after 72 hours after they are found. All found items will be returned to fans in the condition they were found ("as is"). Cosm is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
