All lost and found items are taken to Security during events. If still at the venue, guests may contact any member of our Security or Fan Ambassador teams directly to inquire about lost items.
If after the event, please fill out this Lost & Found Form. After your form is submitted, it will remain active in our system while our team monitors for a match. Please note that we will only contact you if your item is found. If you do not receive a follow-up, it means your item has not yet been located. You can also reach out to our Customer Service team via the chat box in the bottom right corner to report a lost item or get updates about your item.
All lost and found items will be housed at the Fan Ambassador’s desk (airpods, cell phones, sunglasses, purses, etc.). All unclaimed items will be discarded or donated 30 days after they are found. Credit cards will be destroyed after 72 hours after they are found. All found items will be returned to fans in the condition they were found ("as is"). Cosm is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
