Is there a lost & found?

All lost and found items are taken to the Administrative Offices during events. During an event, guests may contact any Security or Guest Services team member directly to inquire about lost items. After an event, please get in touch with our Customer Service team with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. All lost and found items will be housed at the Guest Service desk (airpods, cell phones, sunglasses, purses). All unclaimed items will be discarded or donated 30 days after they are found. Credit cards will be destroyed after 72 hours after they are found. Cosm’s management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.
