How do I scan in to the venue if I forgot to bring my phone?

If you have already purchased a ticket online, our in-person Fan Ambassador's team can print out a physical ticket for you at the venue. All you need to do is find the Fan Ambassador's desk and give them the email address associated with the account you purchased the tickets with. The physical ticket they print out for you will provide all necessary event details and will even include a QR code to scan at the entrance.
