Yes, all Cosm customers receive four hours of parking validation with any purchase. For stays beyond 4 hours, standard parking fees will be charged at the then current parking rate offered by the 3rd party parking operator. Cosm is not responsible for overage beyond the 4 hour validation.
To validate your parking, scan the QR code provided at the parking lot entrance. You can validate at the Fan Ambassador’s Desk, located near the front entrance of the venue, or with any Fan Ambassador team member.
As a note, reserving, pre-paying, or purchasing spots in our designated parking lots with any 3rd party system will charge you for parking. Since Cosm does not own these systems, we are unable to reimburse or compensate for these parking charges. We highly recommend arriving early for your scheduled event to provide enough time to find parking and arrive at the venue.
