All Cosm customers receive four hours of parking validation with any purchase. For stays beyond 4 hours, standard parking fees will be charged at the then current parking rate offered by the 3rd party parking operator. Cosm is not responsible for overage beyond the 4 hour validation.
To self validate, use the designated parking ticket scanners located near the front entrance of the venue either upon arrival or before departure. Make sure the monitor confirms that your scan was successful before leaving to ensure your validation is properly applied. You can also validate your parking with any Fan Ambassador team member.
Reserving or pre-paying for spots in our designated parking lots with any 3rd party system will charge you for parking. Since Cosm does not own these systems, we are unable to reimburse or compensate for these parking charges. We highly recommend arriving early for your scheduled event to provide enough time to find parking and arrive at the venue.
