All guests with Reserved tickets in The Dome or Hall can access the venue through the designated entrance located on the Southeast side of the venue on Cadillac Square. Guests with General Admission tickets can enter the venue using the Southwest entrance on the other side. There, you will be greeted and asked to show your ticket details or be directed to a Fan Ambassador team member to purchase tickets.
If you entered through the Southwest entrance, you will be able to see The Hall in front of you, with The Dome to your right. If you entered through the Southeast entrance, The Hall will be to your left and The Dome will be deeper into the venue to the right.
