How do I find my seats?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Your ticket includes important details about your seat type and location. Here's how to navigate the venue based on your ticket type:

Hall Reserved Seating (Located in The Hall — not The Dome): If your ticket includes a reserved table in The Hall, please check in with our venue team upon arrival. They will guide you to your designated seats. Tables and seat numbers will be clearly labeled.

Dome Reserved Seating: All events in The Dome include assigned seating. Please connect with the venue team on your floor level for assistance in locating your seats.

Rows, booths, individual seats, and standalone tables will all be clearly labeled. While most seating in The Dome is in booth configurations, we also offer some individual seating and private tables. Please refer to your ticket for specific seating details.

General Admission (GA) Tickets: GA tickets do not include assigned seating. These tickets provide access to:

  • The back standing areas on all three levels of The Dome

  • All open areas of The Hall and The Deck

We recommend arriving early for the best chance to secure a seat in open seating zones. If you’re unsure where GA access applies, look for GA signs or speak with a Fan Ambassador on site.

Want to explore before the show?

Guests with reserved seating are welcome to hang out in The Hall or on The Deck if they’d like to explore the venue before heading to their assigned seats.

Need help once you’re inside?

As always, Fan Ambassadors are stationed throughout the venue and are happy to assist. Just show them your ticket, and they’ll point you in the right direction.
