For our Dome Reserved Seating ticket holders, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your event start time. This gives you ample time to get settled in your seat and provides the perfect opportunity to order delicious food or beverages —delivered right to your seat — so you're ready to enjoy your experience.
For our General Admission (GA) ticket holders, we suggest arriving at close to the entry time listed on your Know Before You Go email, sent the day prior to your event. Since GA seating is first-come, first-served, there may already be a line for those hoping to grab a preferred seat or table in The Hall or on The Deck. We’ll do our best to get all guests into the venue as efficiently as possible, but please note that event times and venue operations are subject to change.
