For our Hall or Dome Reserved Seating ticket holders, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your event start time. This gives you enough time to get settled in your seat and provides the perfect opportunity to order delicious food or beverages —delivered right to your seat — so you're ready to enjoy your experience.
For our General Admission (GA) ticket holders, we suggest arriving close to the entry time listed on your Know Before You Go email, sent the day prior to your event. Since GA access is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed, there may already be a line for those hoping to grab a preferred spot in The Hall or on The Deck. We’ll do our best to get all guests into the venue as efficiently as possible, but please note that event times and availability are subject to change.
