Guests are required to create an account to purchase event tickets. If guests are unable to access the app or website to purchase tickets, they can still be purchased at the venue on the day of the event. Simply find a Fan Ambassador at the venue and they'll be happy to assist with any ticket purchases and making sure every guest has the best experience possible.
