For our General Admission ticket holders, limited standing room is available in areas designated by Cosm. Standing room locations and availability vary by event and may change based on reserved seating, sightlines, and venue capacity, so the space available during your visit may differ from a previous one. As a friendly reminder, General Admission tickets do not guarantee a specific location, view, or spot for the duration of your event.
To keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, please stand only in the areas our team identifies as standing room. If you need help locating available standing room, please find any member of our Fan Ambassador team who will be happy to help. Aisles, stairs, walkways, exits, service areas, and the space in front of reserved seats are not standing areas. Additionally, furniture, tables, chairs, and other venue property may not be moved or repositioned.
Our team may ask you to move to a different area during your visit, including for safety, capacity, sightlines, or if your location affects a guest in a reserved seat. We truly appreciate your cooperation with these requests. Guests who do not follow the direction of Cosm staff or security may be relocated or asked to leave the venue, and admission or re-entry may be refused.
