What do I do if my Cosm event was cancelled on FeverUp?

If your Cosm event was cancelled, whether you purchased on Cosm or Fever, you are eligible for a refund or credit. FeverUp offers a voucher to reschedule and pick another event time. Fever will process these requests directly and their Customer Support Team are available to assist you 24/7. You may contact them by email or use the FeverUp App to start a live chat or a call. Feel free to choose whichever works best for you!

  • Email: Use this form to submit a request, and their will get back to you by email as soon as possible.

  • App - Live chat: You can start a live chat session with the Fever Customer Support Team through the App, under Profile > Help > You can contact us > Live chat.

  • App - Call us: You can access the local Fever phone line through the App, under Profile > Help > You can contact us > Call us.

We suggest having your ticket ID ready to provide so that they can help you as quickly as possible.
