The Fever Customer Support Team are available to assist you 24/7. You may contact them by email or use the FeverUp App to start a live chat or a call. Feel free to choose whichever works best for you!

  • Email: Use this form to submit a request, and their will get back to you by email as soon as possible.

  • App - Live chat: You can start a live chat session with the Fever Customer Support Team through the App, under Profile > Help > You can contact us > Live chat.

  • App - Call us: You can access the local Fever phone line through the App, under Profile > Help > You can contact us > Call us.
