What happens if my event is canceled?

In the instance of an event cancellation, you will receive an email notification informing you of the canceled event. We will then send additional communication regarding refunds or alternative options.

If you believe your event has been canceled, or if you'd like to verify the status of your event, we recommend speaking directly with one of our customer service agents. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your event and tickets.
