At Cosm, all tickets sold at the venue are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable, and not eligible for price matching or retroactive discounts per our policy. This policy also applies to group ticket purchases. Additionally, tickets are not for resale.
Once a ticket purchase is finalized, seating assignments cannot be modified. We strongly encourage all our guests to review their ticket and event details carefully before completing their purchase.
