Unfortunately, Cosm does not offer a waitlist or notification system for sold-out events, including Dome Reserved seating. Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as noted here in our venue policies. Due to this, canceled or unused seats are not available for purchase.
While cancellations are rare, you are more than welcome to check the event page our website for updated seat availability. This is the most reliable way to see if any seats have become available due to changes. We also encourage you to monitor the specific event's page as well as our newsletter for any updates.
